Once a contract has been awarded, Building & Planning Strategies can work in conjunction with the Contractor to produce a Construction Programme. This programme will then be submitted to the Client/Project Manager for approval as the Contract Programme.

This Programme will then form part of the contract as the Contract Programme to which all extension of time claims will be assessed.

A robust and effective Contract Programme is an essential requirement in minimising risk eliminating risk to both the Principal and the Contractor.
