Quite often a Client or Client’s Representative will require some type of independent monitoring and reporting of a project against the Contractor’s Construction Programme. In this situation Building & Planning Strategies can undertake fortnightly or monthly site inspections and assessments as to progress of the Construction Programme.

Such reporting may be undertaken in conjunction with the Contractor’s site representatives, with the Status Report being provided to the Client.

This Independent Monitoring & Reporting encompasses both the physical construction side of the project as well as the off site procurement and trade letting.
